Answer:
For international and overseas Chinese graduates engaging in intermediate skilled jobs or hospitality jobs with salary reaching the statutory amount, employers will not need to submit their proof of skills. However, new employer shall submit the proof of skills of international and overseas Chinese graduates engaging in intermediate skilled jobs or hospitality jobs when they fail to meet the said salary condition in the continued employment.
