When an intermediate skilled worker has been employed 3 years and an employer wants to continue their employment, the required documents should be submitted to the Ministry of Labor for a work permit extension a minimum of four months before the expiration of the employment permit, in accordance with the provisions of Article 48 of the Regulations on the Permission and Administration of Employment of Foreign Workers, and Item 2, Subparagraph 3, Item 2 Subparagraph 4, of the “Document Validity, Application Procedures and Other Documents Required by the Central Competent Authority for Employers Applying to Employ Category III Foreign Workers.”
