Answer:

"Upon receiving approval for job change, international and overseas Chinese graduates hired for hospitality jobs shall change jobs in the same category. They may change jobs in other sectors after meeting the following requirements: 1. Employment qualifications for foreign workers: foreign workers shall fulfill the qualifications for the category of jobs they are hired as specified in the review criteria. 2. Qualifications for continued employment of employers: When continuing the employment of a foreign worker from another sector, employers shall ensure that the foreign worker fulfills the qualifications for employment. Change procedures: This foreign worker shall register a job change at a government employment services institution. Additionally, this foreign worker can only receive the continued employment from employers of jobs in other categories when no employers of the same category of jobs register for continued employment for 14 consecutive days. "
