Employers requiring continuous hiring of international and overseas Chinese graduates for hospitality jobs after the expiration (three years) of the original employment permit shall prepare the required documents to apply for extension of the employment period within four month before the expiration of the employment period to the Ministry of Labor in accordance with Article 48 of the Regulations on the Permission and Administration of the Employment of Foreign Workers (hereinafter referred to as the “Hiring Regulations”) and subparagraph 3, item 2 and subparagraph 4, item 2 of the Document Validity, Application Procedures, and Other Documents Requested by Central Competent Authorities for Employers Applying for Hiring Category 3 foreign workers (hereinafter referred to as the “Document Validity”).
