If the school or partner entity of internship training has extinguished that international and overseas Chinese graduates cannot submit the proof of training and fail to comply with the regulations as stipulated in Annex 13 to Article 62 of the Review Standards and Employment Qualifications for Foreign Workers Engaging in Work Specified in Subparagraphs 8 to 11, Paragraph 1, Article 46 of the Employment Service Act, the MOL will not issue them an employment permit.
