Yes. After receiving approval for change of employer or job, international and overseas compatriot graduates can register with the same procedures and required documents for foreign workers. The original employer or the international or overseas compatriot graduate shall submit the application form and the agreement on employer change or certificate of employment to apply for an employer change registration to a government employment services institution.
