Confirmation of Employer (Applicant) Eligibility

·Employer’s Application Eligibility:

Must comply with one of the following conditions:

1. Owners of fishing vessels with a total tonnage of 20 or more, obtaining a fishing license issued by the competent authority.
2. Owners of powered fishing vessels with a total tonnage of 20 or more, obtaining a fishing license issued by the competent authority.
3. Obtain a fishing area zoning license for cage aquaculture issued by the competent authority, or a fishing entry permit for cage aquaculture issued by an exclusive fishing rights holder.

·Employer Application Quota:

1. For fishing vessels: The number of foreign skilled workers may not exceed 25% of the crew capacity specified on the fishing license, after deducting the minimum required number of crew members for sailing. (If the actual number of crew members sailing exceeds the minimum required number, the actual number shall be used for calculation).
2. For cage aquaculture: Based on the aquaculture area specified on the fishing license or fishing entry permit, one foreign worker may be employed for every 0.5 hectare.
