Authorization Methods and Scope

Welcome to the website of the Long-term Retention of Migrant Workers Service Center of the Workforce Development Agency (WDA), Ministry of Labor.

To facilitate the broad utilization of Website data across various sectors, all data and materials published on the website of the Long-term Retention of Migrant Workers Service Center (hereinafter referred to as "the Website") are protected by copyright. They may be made available to the public for use in a non-exclusive, royalty-free manner and may be further sub-licensed. Users are granted the right to reproduce, adapt, edit, publicly transmit, or otherwise utilize the materials to develop various products or services (referred to as "value-added derivatives") without restrictions on time or geography. (3) Materials such as audio files, images, music scores, and articles authored by specialists or created for specific projects may require explicit consent for use. These materials are excluded from the authorization scope mentioned above and are intended solely for public dissemination on the WDA’s affiliated websites.

(4) Users are prohibited from maliciously altering the information provided in the materials and data covered by this authorization. Any editing or adaptation resulting in information that deviates from the original may subject the users involved to civil and criminal legal liabilities.

The authorization of this Website does not indicate that the users' value-added derivatives are recommended, endorsed, or supported by the WDA.
