◎Entry Health Examination
Employing intermediate skilled workers from abroad, a health examination must be conducted within 3 working days after arrival. 
The original health examination certification must be entrusted to the intermediate skilled worker for safekeeping.

◎If the health examination cannot be completed within three days of entry due to unforeseen circumstances, it may be conducted within an extended period of up to three additional working days. The employer must submit the relevant documents to the Ministry of Labor's Workforce Development Agency for inspection.
