In accordance with Article 47 of the Regulations on the Permission and Administration of the Employment of Foreign Workers, if the accommodation of an intermediate skilled worker is changed, the employer must submit the Foreign Worker Accommodation Change Notification Form, the Foreign Worker's Care Service Plan, a list of foreign workers whose accommodation has been altered, and other relevant documents to the local competent authority where the intermediate skilled worker's workplace and accommodation, within seven days of the alteration.

Processing Unit: Labor bureaus or labor departments of the municipal or county (city) government where the intermediate skilled worker's workplace is.
