In accordance with Article 47 of the Regulations on the Permission and Administration of the Employment of Foreign Workers, briefly, if the employment of an intermediate skilled foreign worker is terminated and the worker returns to their home country during the validity period of the employment permit, the employer must notify the local competent authority prior to the worker's departure and complete the verification process in accordance with the law.
