◎Enrollment:
In accordance with the Regulations, workers over the age of 15 employed by an employer approved and issued a permit by the central competent authority, as required by law, are subject to compulsory labor occupational accident insurance coverage and must be enrolled by their employer (such as companies, corporations, law firms, civil society organizations, and employers of foreign live-in caregivers or household workers, etc.). In accordance with Article 19 of the Rules of Enforcement of the Labor Occupational Accident Insurance and Protection Act, the premium must be fully borne by the employer. The employer shall not deduct the insurance premium from the migrant worker's salary.
