If an intermediate skilled foreign worker has an average monthly income reaching NT$ 53,000, and requires family reunification, they may apply for dependent residence under the Immigration Act. Additionally, they must apply for a Dependent Visa at Taipei Economic and Cultural Representative Office abroad before the family arrives in Taiwan.
