Health Examination > III. Re-examination for Failed Health Examination Results


◎If any items fail or require further examination during the health examination (such as suspected tuberculosis or Hansen's disease, which must be re-examined at a designated institution; syphilis, for which a treatment completion certificate must be obtained, or intestinal parasites, which must undergo re-examination and obtain a negative certificate), the employer shall submit the re-examination results or treatment completion certificates to the Workforce Development Agency, Ministry of Labor, for reference within 15 days from the day following the completion of the re-examination or the receipt of the treatment completion certificate. The re-examination certificates (or treatment completion certificates) and the employment permit must be submitted to the Health Bureau for reference.
