After the intermediate skilled worker starts work, the employer must complete the application form, along with the employment permit and a photocopy of the ARC. (If it's the first time applying, the employer should also apply to establish a new insured unit simultaneously.) These documents should be submitted to the National Health Insurance Administration's Regional Operations Team for enrollment. Related insurance contribution rates shall be in accordance with the regulations of the National Health Insurance Act. Alternatively, the employer can submit the application via the NHI e-service.
Please note that if the intermediate skilled worker's ARC has expired, the enrollment will be disqualified, and the employer must submit a withdrawal application.
