◎When employing an intermediate skilled worker, the employer is still required the Determination Criteria for the Foreign Worker's Care Service Plan.
For intermediate skilled workers employed from abroad or employed domestically by another employer to engage in intermediate skilled work, the employer must plan and implement the Foreign Worker's Care Service Plan and inform the local competent authority for inspection within 3 days of the worker's arrival or within 3 days of applying for an employment permit.
◎Those employed domestically in Type B and by their original employer may be exempt from notifying the local competent authority to conduct the inspection.
◎If the intermediate skilled worker's accommodation location is not planned by the employer in accordance with regulations, the local competent authority shall conduct an inspection based on the Determination Criteria for the Foreign Worker's Care Service Plan and visit the intermediate skilled worker to ascertain their true intentions.

Processing Unit: Labor bureaus or labor departments of the municipal or county (city) government where the intermediate skilled worker's workplace is.
