Yes. In accordance with Articles 47 and 48 of the Employment Service Act, with respect to the employment of foreign workers to engage in work as referred to in Article 46, paragraph 1, subparagraphs 11 of the Employment Service Act, employers shall first make a domestic recruitment with reasonable labor terms before hiring international and overseas Chinese graduates for hospitality jobs. Employers can submit related documents to the Ministry of Labor when applying for permission to hire international and overseas Chinese graduates for hospitality jobs only when the required vacancies cannot be filled through domestic recruitment.
