"International and overseas Chinese graduates who have completed any one of the following training courses with over 80 hours accumulated, as proven by relevant certificates or with a statement. 1. Training courses on related professional knowledge and skills offered by the Tourism Administration, Ministry of Transportation and Communications (MOTC), or any industry associations it recognizes. 2. Related internship programs offered by domestic colleges or universities accredited by the Ministry of Education (MOE) through academia-industry collaboration. When doubts arise about the said proof of training, the MOL will contact the Tourism Administration of the Ministry of Transportation and Communications for certification. "
