Instruction for Online Video Consultation Service and Appointment

In order to provide multiple consultation channels, employers can now register online appointment ahead if they cannot personally come for onsite inquiry.

1. Please make use of your own computer, mobile phone or other communication device to log in within registered consultation time, follow to use the designated video software and connect to our service center.
2. Please ensure smooth network connection or enough power load when using mobile device, and please install video software firstly (Google Meet).
3. Maximum service for each is 30 minutes, and please reserve other available time range when a specific time is fully booked. Welcome to make the most of it.
4. This service requires device with functions of camera lens, speaker, microphone, and better avoid use of public network, as there maybe connection issue due to bandwidth.
