Confirmation of Eligibility Qualifications, Salary Conditions, and Technical Requirements for Foreigners

· Foreigner’s Eligibility for Application:

Foreign students, overseas compatriot students, or other ethnic Chinese students who have graduated from Taiwanese universities or colleges with an associate degree.

· Salary Conditions:

I. The monthly regular salary should be at least NT$33,000, or the annual total salary should amount to at least NT$500,000. However, for initial employment of foreign students, overseas compatriot students, or other ethnic Chinese students who have graduated from Taiwanese universities or colleges with an associate degree, the monthly regular salary is set at NT$30,000, with the possibility of an increase to NT$33,000 upon renewal of employment contract.

II. Technical requirements can be waived when the monthly regular salary is NT$35,000 or more.

· Technical Requirements

Foreign and overseas Chinese graduates have received one of the following training courses, accumulated more than 80 hours, and obtained a certificate or completion:

1. Relevant professional expertise and technical training courses conducted by Tourism Administration, Ministry of Transportation and Communications

2. Related industry-university collaboration internship programs conducted by domestic colleges and universities, recognized by the Ministry of Education.
