Confirm Employer (Applicant’s) Eligibility

·Employer’s Eligibility to Apply:

Hospitality services: engaging in housekeeping, cleaning, room reservations, reception, or working in the dining area of affiliated restaurants, etc. at legality registered tourist hotels, hotels, and homestays.

Employers who employ graduated foreign students and overseas Chinese students for engagement in hospitality industry must require a tourist hotel business license, hotels or homestay registration certificate issued by the competent authority of the purposeful enterprise.

·Number of Employee Quotas for Employer Applications:

The average number of employed workers in the previous year, calculated based on the number of employees two months before the month of the employer's application * 30%.
