Confirmation of Employer (Applicant) Eligibility

·Employer’s Application Eligibility:

The employer’s factory involves work in abnormal temperatures, dust, toxic gases, organic solvents, chemical processes, non-automated operations, or other specialized manufacturing processes, and the industry of its main products has been recognized by the central competent authority or the Free Trade Zone Administration.

·Employer Application Quota:

Must meet all of the following conditions:

1.          Based on the proportion of specific processes (3K) (40%, 35%, 25%, 20%, 15%, 10%)

2.          The total number of migrant workers, foreign skilled workers, and foreigners engaged in professional or technical work shall not exceed 50% of the total workers. However, professional or technical foreign workers employed, upon special approval by the Ministry of Labor in consultation with the central competent authority, shall not be counted toward the total number of foreign workers employed.
