Confirm Employer (Applicant’s) Eligibility
·Employer’s Eligibility to Apply:
Employers whose factories require working in environments with abnormal temperatures, dust, toxic gas, organic solvents, chemicals, non-automated operations and other specialized manufacturing operations, or where the central competent authority in charge of the target business or the free trade port administration certifies that the main product of the industry conforms to the required criteria of the relevant provisions.
··Number of Employee Quotas for Employer Applications:
Must simultaneously meet the following conditions:
According to the ratio (40%, 35%, 25%, 20%, 15%, 10%) * 0.25 as determined by the central competent authority for specific processes(3K; Dangerous, Dirty, Difficult).
- The total number of migrant workers, foreign intermediate skilled workers, and foreign professionals shall not exceed 50% of the total workforce. However, specialized or technical foreign workers hired by employers, subject to special approval from the Ministry of Labor after consultation with the central competent authority, shall not be counted in the total number of foreign workers hired.
※Intermediate skilled workers ≦ 25% of the quota for migrant workers, and the total number of foreigners (migrant workers + intermediate skilled workers + foreign professionals) ≦ 50% of the total workforce.
