Confirmation of Employer (Applicant) Eligibility

·Employer’s Application Eligibility:

Must meet one of the following conditions:

1. Long-term care facilities, care institutions, nursing home institution, or incorporated social welfare institutions, that provide residential care for individuals with moderate to severely disabilities, including patients with mental illnesses or dementia.

2. Nursing homes, chronic care hospitals or general hospitals, ordinary hospitals or specialist hospitals with chronic care beds and respiratory care beds.

3. Long-term care facilities established under the Long-term Care Services Act that provide residential services.

·Employer Application Quota:

1. Long-term care facilities, care institutions, nursing home institution, or incorporated social welfare institutions, that provide residential care for individuals with moderate to severely disabilities, including patients with mental illnesses or dementia, based on the legally registered number of beds, one caregiver shall be employed for every three beds, and the total shall not exceed 25% of the combined number of domestic caregivers and nursing staff.

2. For nursing homes and residential long-term care facilities established under the Long-term Care Services Act, based on the legally registered number of beds, one caregiver shall be employed for every five beds, and the total shall not exceed 25% of the combined number of domestic caregivers and nursing staff
