Confirm Employer (Applicant’s) Eligibility
·Employer’s Eligibility to Apply:
Intermediate Skilled Agricultural Work (including crop agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry, and aquaculture):
- Crop Agriculture: Employers should be engaged in physically demanding work related to cultivation and facility agriculture, such as vegetables, flowers, seed, fruit trees, grains, and specialty crops. However, physically demanding work related to the cultivation of betel nuts, rattan, and tobacco are excluded.
- Forestry: Employers should be engaged in physically demanding work related to seedling cultivation, afforestation, nurturing, and logging in forestry.
- Animal Husbandry: Employers should be engaged in physically demanding work related to animal husbandry, including livestock and poultry breeding, management, breeding, milking, egg collection, livestock farm environment maintenance, waste disposal and recycling, feed preparation, disease prevention and control, and other related tasks.
- Aquaculture: Employers should be engaged in physically demanding work related to the aquaculture industry, including the raising, management, breeding, harvesting, and environmental maintenance of aquaculture products.
· Number of Employee Quotas for Employer Applications:
Employers of Intermediate Skilled Agricultural Workers:
- For employers who are natural persons or farmer organizations with 10 or fewer employees, the average number of employed workers in the previous year is calculated based on the number of employees two months before the month of the employer's application * 25%.
- Employers who are natural persons or farmer organizations with 10 or more employees should calculate their staffing quota as 35% of the average number of employed workers in the previous year (calculated based on the number of employees two months before the month of the employer's application) * 25%.
- For employers who are operational business entities (including juristic persons and entities that are non-juristic persons), 35% of the average number of employed workers in the previous year (calculated based on the number of employees two months before the month of the employer's application) * 25%.
