There is no limit on the accumulative service length in Taiwan for international and overseas Chinese graduates. In accordance with Article 52 of the Employment Service Act, the maximum duration of the employment permit for international and overseas Chinese graduates shall be three years each time. Employers may renew the employment permit after the expiration. The accumulative service length for foreign workers in Taiwan shall not apply.
